Zachary (Zack) Geballe is a postdoctoral fellow working with Viktor Struzhkin. His focus is to develop high-frequency calorimetry methods and to use them to measure heat capacities of metals and silicates at high pressures in order to study melting, pre-melting phenomena, and the glass transition. Zack received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.
