Paul Chow is a beamline scientist. He received a Ph.D. in Physics from University of Illinois and conducted research at the University of Houston. He spent 2 years at BL12XU, the Taiwan Beamline at SPring-8, designing and commissioning a spectrometer for inelastic x-ray scattering. Presently, he is a beamline scientist for HP-CAT at the spectroscopy station 16ID-D at the Advanced Photon Source. His interest is in electronic excitations in metals.
